ADAMSON PRESIDENT KIM BOYER NOMINATED FOR THE ST.LOUIS MEDIA HALLS OF FAME
Adamson President Kim Boyer has been nominated in the Advertising/Public Relations category of the St. Louis Media Halls of Fame. She is one of 22 others in the industry nominated for the prestigious award.
The St. Louis Media Halls of Fame recognizes the most influential media practitioners in St. Louis that have made a major contribution to their respective area. The areas of recognition are divided into four segments: print; radio; television; and advertising/public relations. Current hall inductees include Alfred Fleishman, co-founder of one of the world's largest public relations firms, Fleishman-Hillard and William D'Arcy, founder of D'Arcy Advertising and a founding member of the St. Louis Advertising Club, which later became the American Advertising Federation.
Candidates for the ballot are nominated by the board of directors, a group of veterans from each professional segment. Names on the ballot are then voted on by members of the St. Louis Ad Club and the St. Louis chapter of the Public Relations Society of America. New inductees will be named early 2010.
